The little yoga master

I spent a few days in Baroda. Stayed in chaitals house and had very nice food. Put on 5 more kgs!! For the first time in my life my weight has crossed 50.

Vishrut, chaitals son is just 6 years old. This very intelligent and creative child suddenly wanted to exhibit his yoga talents to me.

it was amazing to see the ease at which he got into all this positions... By the way chaital also was seeing all this for the first time and was pleasantly surprised.

    Hello bhaiya how are you.....when you coming back to baroda.and Aarohi told that you talking course on skype.....!

    And you know one thing its 5 12 in the morning and I was busy writing my blog now I am not sleeping leaving for group sadhana in 45 minutes at 6.

    What are requirments for being a YES+ teacher?
    I have done BASIC, YES+, DSN, 3 ADVANCE COURSES, SAHAJ.
    Right now i m doing volunteering in basic courses. i m final engineering student. I am not able to convince people when i tell about AOL course because of my bad communication skill and bad english .
    what should i do?
