Six thousand Madrassas have been closed down all over in the middle east and in Pakistan. But the current Govt in India has decided to give status equivalent to CBSE to all the Madrassas in India. Can we call people who have been taught that earth is flat educated?

Our Great PM says that the minorities will have the first right to the natural resources in our country. It seems they have also promised reservation in Jobs for the Muslims. Now that is some kind of desperation to continue to stay in power. This is Vote Bank politics crossing all limits of utter shamelessness.

Recently I was invited in an institution in Bangalore to give a talk. As I started talking about the Madrassa issue there were just two muslims who were so prompt to object. After the talk they came up to me and said that I should not have said all those things. The thing worth noticing was their promptness to act when something was spoken against them. The funny part being a friend of theirs who was a Hindu was more upset than anybody else.

No wonder Guruji says that Hinduism is the most tolerant of all religions. All this so called secular Hindus who object when something is said against the Muslims do so because they are genuinely good at heart. But they should know that none of these same Muslims are going to ever stand up against people who talk against Hinduism.

Nice Bhaiyya... Sometimes I feel the biggest enemy of Hindus are Hindus themselves. No one else has to say a word, we slam anyone who says anything (even if truthful) about the blatant hypocritical pro-minority stand taken by authorities. We are not even willing to take a honest look at issues. A steady pattern.. Kashmir genocide (ignore), Godhra (ignore), Mumbai blasts (ignore), mass conversion in the NE (ignore), BUT anything against the minorities -scream from the roof tops.
Violence is a terrible thing by any one but its important for the pseudo-secular folsk to realize that terrible things have happened and continue to happen to the majority also.

i believe that being a cool aolite is to join people together and we should be sure that our speech should not create more differences...

what the govt. is doing is crap...i agree
but writing a line ( the above quoted ) on a public blog i feel is not justified
    don't you think so...

This is a very divisive post - Being a proponent of the Art of Living where Gurudev talks all-inclusiveness and inter-dependance ... you have posted a divisive opinion.

Being an AOL teacher and very strong (secular) Hindu myself - I protest against posts with such an inflammatory tone to it. I am proud to be a Hindu and very proud to be an Indian. But to make a sweeping statement that Muslims will not stand up against injustice against their fellow Hindus is nothing but sweeping empty rhetoric.

Without the closing statement, this post would have been an awesome inspiration.

    Jai Gurudeva,
Even i think that the last line about Muslims was uncalled for. AOL should connect people and not separate them...Vasudeva kutumbkam :)

"Religion is the skin and spirituality is the banana" .... that is what Guruji always says... Guruji does not preach a pro-hindu approach .... madrassas should not be given official status if they teach illogical things like a flat earth .. I agree with that ... but towards the end you screwed up the message you wanted to convey .. I think talking about religion does not suit an AOL teacher .. Remember the same AOL we love and belong to preaches Vasudhaiva Kutumbakam ( One world family).

congratulations bhaiya for taking up this topic and telling our youth about the appeasement policy of these “sickulars” which has made hindus second citizen in their own country..
and for all those people who say that we should be tolerant of all religions, i would like to say religious tolerance is okay but that does not mean we can let our religion be suppressed..guruji tells us to believe in vashdhaiva kutumbkam but he also says that we should not use imported products which are available in india because we cannot let our own countrymen die of starvation..in the same way we cant let these islamic terrorists walk all over us..

why does the media goes up in arms when a leader tries to talk about and protect hindu rights and the appeasement policy is never talked about..the scholarships to muslims, madrasas being given CBSE status, more than 1 marriage allowed etc etc??
we are a secular nation but when it comes to civil code, it is different for hindus and muslims?? why cant we have a uniform civil code??
it is a shame we cant have ram temple at ayodhya..i perosonally feel muslims should themselves offer it to us..

    VOTE FOR CHANGE..VOTE FOR LOTUS
    PS:I LOVE YOU!!
